Awaken & celebrate being alive. Of course there are terrible things, but there are also wonderful things. And the most wonderful thing of all is to have a human body to house our luminous awareness, & the choice of how we interact with the world. As my saint like father once said, "Move the mountains you can & don't worry about the ones you can't."
