Everything exists in your mind. It sounds crazy, but when you think about it, you realize that, literally, the totality of your experience takes place in your awareness. If something doesn’t exist in your awareness, it doesn’t exist for you. Life is a flow of awareness, arising and then falling away. What you are looking for, is what is looking. The infinite universe all comes out of your mind. All of creation is experienced in your awareness, and nowhere else. So enjoy and appreciate your stream of consciousness, because it is that magic stage where we live our lives.
